When will my order ship?
Each piece is created after your order is placed.
Please allow up to 10 days for your garment to be created before it ships.
This timeline allows each piece to be made with care, not rushed through production.
Why is everything made to order?
We create this way to avoid overproduction and to keep each piece intentional.
It also means:
No excess inventory
No mass production
Each garment is slightly unique
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Each garment is made individually, so slight variations may occur.
For remnant and reconstructed pieces especially, no two items are exactly the same. That’s part of the design.
How do I choose my size?
Most pieces are designed with a relaxed or flexible fit.
If you’re between sizes or unsure, choose based on how you prefer your clothing to feel—closer to the body or more oversized.

How long does shipping take?
After your piece is completed (up to 10 days), shipping time will depend on your selected shipping method at checkout.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you accept returns?
Because each piece is made to order, we currently do not accept returns for refunds.
Can I exchange an item?
If you have a sizing issue, please reach out and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
